Do you have a payment plan?

We do not offer a payment plan. Payment is due in full at the time services/products are rendered. However, we are sensitive to your financial needs. We accept Care Credit and Chase Health Advance as financing options to allow monthly payments to spread out the cost of medical care. Please visit www.carecredit.com and/or www.chasehealthadvance.com for more information.

Do I need to have an appointment?

Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes and are highly encouraged. Scheduling appointments allows you and your pet to be seen in a timely manner. However, we will accept walk-ins on a “work-in” basis, meaning we will see them when we can. Of course, we will triage all emergency patients immediately no matter what. Additionally, if you cannot schedule a convenient time for an appointment, you are welcome to admit your pet for the day (commonly called a “drop-off”) so that he/she can be seen by the veterinarian sometime during that day, and then you can pick your pet up later in the day when convenient. Patients who have been admitted for the day must be picked up by 6pm and you must leave a phone number where you can be contacted during the day.

Do you offer boarding services?

Yes, we offer limited boarding for both dogs and cats. Our canine guests are housed in air conditioned indoor runs with windows for the dogs to see outdoors 24 hours/day. Our feline guests have their own room near the reception area with windows to the outside as well. See our boarding page for more information.

Do you offer grooming services?

No, we do not offer grooming services at this time. With Petco just down the street, as well as several local groomers within 5-10 miles, Dr. Bryant has chosen not to offer this service at her veterinary hospital. However, if you have a dog or cat with mats causing skin irritation, or your cat requires sedation to be shaved, we are happy to assist you with those “medical” groomings. We will do our best to be aesthetically pleasing!
